قطاع المكتبات

القطاع الذي يعنى بالأنشطة المتعلقة بالمكتبات وإنشائها وإدارتها وتشغيلها وتطويرها وتأهيلها وتمكينها والعناية بخدماتها ومقتنياتها وتجهيزاتها الأساسية لتحقيق أهدافها، ويشمل ذلك المكتبات العامة والخاصة وغير الربحية.

The sector concerned with activities relating to libraries, whether public, private, or non-profit, including the establishment, management, operation, development, and rehabilitation thereof, in addition to activities relating to maintaining library services, collections, and essential equipment necessary to achieve their objectives.
