الاندماج

صفقة، كيفما تمت، تتضمن شركة معروضًا عليها مدرجة أسهمها في السوق، وينتج عن هذه الصفقة أي من الآتي: 1" ضم الشركة المعروض عليها إلى شركة أخرى مدرجة أسهمها في السوق. 2" ضم الشركة المعروض عليها إلى شركة أخرى غير مدرجة أسهمها في السوق. 3" إنشاء كيان قانوني جديد عن طريق اندماج شركتين أو أكثر "من ضمنها الشركة المعروض عليها".

A transaction, however its nature, involving an offeree company listed on the exchange and resulting in any of the following: 1" the absorption of that offeree company by another company listed on the exchange. 2" the absorption of that offeree company by a company that is not listed on the exchange. 3" the formation of a new legal entity by merging two companies or more "including the offeree company".
