قطاع فنون الطهي

القطاع الذي يعنى بالأنشطة المتعلقة بفنون الطهي، وتطويرها والمحافظة عليها وتشجيع الابتكار فيها، ويشمل ذلك تقنيات الطهي، ووصفات الطعام، والمقادير، ومصادر المكونات، وإعداد الطعام وتقديمه.

The sector concerned with activities relating to culinary arts, including the development and the preservation thereof and the stimulation of innovation. This includes cooking techniques, recipes, ingredients, sources of ingredients, and food preparation and presentation.
