طرح خاص

لأغراض قواعد طرح الأوراق المالية والالتزامات المستمرة، يعني طرح الأوراق المالية الذي يقع ضمن إحدى حالات الطرح الواردة في المادة الثامنة من قواعد طرح الأوراق المالية والالتزامات المستمرة؛ ولأغراض لائحة صناديق الاستثمار، يعني 1" طرح وحدات في صندوق خاص يقع ضمن حالات الطرح الواردة في الفقرة "أ" من المادة الثانية والثمانين من لائحة صناديق الاستثمار أو 2" طرحًا للأوراق المالية في صندوق أجنبي يقع ضمن حالات الطرح الواردة في الفقرة "أ" من المادة المئة من لائحة صناديق الاستثمار؛ ولأغراض تعليمات طرح شهادات المساهمات العقارية، يعني طرح شهادات مساهمة عقارية وفقًا لمتطلبات الطرح الخاص الواردة في الفقرة "2" من البند "ثالثًا" من تعليمات طرح شهادات المساهمات العقارية؛ ولأغراض تعليمات صناديق الاستثمار المبسطة، يعني طرح وحدات في صندوق استثمار مبسط على المستثمرين من فئة العملاء المؤسسيين وفقًا للفقرة "أ" من المادة الحادية والعشرين من تعليمات صناديق الاستثمار المبسطة.

For the purpose of the Rules on the Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligations, means an offer of securities which falls within one of the categories of offers listed in Article 8 of the Rules on the Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligations; and for the purposes of the Investment Funds Regulations, means: 1" for private funds, the offer of units in accordance with paragraph "a" of Article 82 of the Investment Funds Regulations; and for foreign funds, the offer of securities in accordance with paragraph "a" of Article 100 of the Investment Funds Regulations; and for the purpose of the Instructions on the Offering of Real Estate Contributions Certificates means offering real estate contribution certificates in accordance with the private placement requirements stipulated in Paragraph "2" of Part "3" of the Instructions on the Offering of Real Estate Contributions Certificates; and for the purposes of the Simplified Investment Funds Instructions, means the offering of units in a simplified investment fund to investors in the category of institutional clients in accordance with Paragraph "a" of Article 21 of the Simplified Investment Funds Instructions.
