الشخص المسؤول عن رعاية المنشأة ذات الأغراض الخاصة وفقًا لأحكام القواعد المنظمة للمنشآت ذات الأغراض الخاصة. ويقصد به في الباب الثامن من قواعد طرح الأوراق المالية والالتزامات المستمرة، مؤسسة السوق المالية المرخص لها في ممارسة نشاط إدارة الاستثمارات وتشغيل الصناديق أو نشاط إدارة الاستثمارات، والتي تتولى تأسيس شركة الاستحواذ ذات الأغراض الخاصة، بهدف الاستحواذ على شركة سعودية غير مدرجة أو الاندماج معها.

The person responsible for sponsoring the special purposes entity in accordance with the provisions of the Rules for Special Purposes Entities. In Part 8 of the Rules on the Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligations, it means: a Capital Market Institution licensed to carry out the activity of managing investments and operating funds or the activity of managing investments, and it establishes a special purpose acquisition company for the purpose of acquisition or merger with a Saudi company whose shares are not listed.
