عدم التزام العميل بسداد الأقساط الشهرية المُتفق عليها في عقد التمويل لمدة ثلاثة أشهر متتالية، أو أكثر من خمسة أشهر مُتفرقة طوال فترة التمويل، أو حسب ما نص عليه عقد التمويل للدفعات غير الشهرية.
The failure of the customer to pay the agreed-upon monthly installments in the financing contract for three consecutive months, or for more than five non-consecutive months during the financing period, or as stipulated in the financing contract for non-monthly payments.

تحقق واحد أو أكثر من المعايير الآتية: 1-توصّل شركة التمويل الجماعي بالدين إلى عدم قدرة المنشأة المستفيدة على سداد كامل مبلغ التمويل بعد التنفيذ على الضمانات المقدمة. 2- عدم قدرة المنشأة المستفيدة على سداد أي من الدفعات المتفق عليها مع شركة التمويل الجماعي بالدين بشكل كلي أو جزئي لمدة تتجاوز "90" يومًا متتالية.
Default occurs only if one or more of the following criteria are met: .1. The Debt-Based Crowdfunding Company concludes that the Institutional Beneficiary is unable to repay the full Finance Amount after seizing the provided collaterals. .2. The Institutional Beneficiary fails to pay any of the installments agreed upon with the Debt-Based Crowdfunding Company, either in whole or in part, for a period exceeding "90" consecutive days.
