إشعار الطرح الخاص

الإشعار الواجب تقديمه إلى الهيئة بموجب الفقرة الفرعية "2" من الفقرة "أ" من المادة العاشرة من قواعد طرح الأوراق المالية والالتزامات المستمرة، ويُقصد به لأغراض لائحة صناديق الاستثمار: الإشعار الواجب تقديمه إلى الهيئة بموجب الفقرات الفرعية "1 و2 و3" من الفقرة "أ" من المادة الثالثة والثمانين من لائحة صناديق الاستثمار بالنسبة إلى الصناديق الخاصة، وبالنسبة إلى الصناديق الأجنبية، الفقرات الفرعية "1 و2 و3" من الفقرة "أ" من المادة الأولى بعد المئة من لائحة صناديق الاستثمار، ويُقصد به لأغراض تعليمات صناديق الاستثمار المبسطة: الإشعار الواجب تقديمه إلى الهيئة بموجب الفقرات الفرعية "1 و2 و3" من الفقرة "أ" من المادة الثانية والعشرين من تعليمات صناديق الاستثمار المبسطة.

The notification required to be made to the Authority under sub-paragraph "2" of paragraph "a" of Article 10 of the Rules on the Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligations. For the purposes of the Investment funds regulations, means the notification required to be made to the Authority under sub-paragraphs "1,2 and 3" of paragraph "a" of Article 83 of the Investment Funds Regulations in relation to private funds or under sub-paragraphs "1,2 and 3" of paragraph "a" of Article 101 of the Investment Funds Regulation in relation to foreign funds. For the purposes of the Simplified Investment Funds Instructions, means the notification required to be made to the Authority under sub-paragraphs "1,2 and 3" of paragraph "a" of Article 22 of the Simplified Investment Funds Instructions.
