لأغراض قواعد طرح الأوراق المالية والالتزامات المستمرة، بحسب ما جرى بيانه في المادة التاسعة من قواعد طرح الأوراق المالية والالتزامات المستمرة الصادرة بموجب قرار مجلس الهيئة رقم "3-123-2017" وتاريخ 09/04/1439ه الموافق 27/12/2017م والمعدلة بقرار مجلس الهيئة رقم "1-104-2019" وتاريخ 01/02/1441ه الموافق 30/09/2019م. ولأغراض لائحة صناديق الاستثمار ولائحة مؤسسات السوق المالية، بحسب ما جرى بيانه في الفقرة "ب" من المادة الرابعة والسبعين من لائحة صناديق الاستثمار الصادرة بقرار المجلس رقم "1-219-2006" وتاريخ 03/12/1427ه الموافق 24/12/2006م والمعدلة بقرار المجلس رقم "1-61-2016" وتاريخ 16/08/1437ه الموافق 23/05/2016م.

for the purposes of the Rules on the Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligations, has the meaning specified in Article 9 of the Rules on the Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligations issued pursuant to the Authority’s Board Resolution no. "3-123-2017" dated 09/04/1439 H. corresponding to 27/12/2017 G. and amended by the Authority’s Board Resolution no. "1-104-2019" dated 01/02/1441 H. corresponding to 30/09/2019 G.; and for the purposes of the Investment Funds Regulations and the Capital Market Institutions Regulations, has the meaning specified in paragraph "b" of Article 74 of the Investment Funds Regulations issued pursuant to the Authority's Board Resolution No. "1-219-2006" dated 03/12/1427 H. corresponding to 24/12/2006 G.
