الضمان

1. أيّ أموال أو أصول أو دعم ائتماني آخر، تشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر أيًا من التالي: "1" النقد بأيّ عملة. "2" الأوراق المالية بأنواعها، بما في ذلك -على سبيل المثال لا الحصر- الأسهم وأدوات الدين. "3" الكفالات، وخطابات الاعتماد، والالتزامات بالتعويض. "4" أيّ أصل يُستخدم أداةً للضمان في المملكة، دون الإخلال بأحكام نظام ضمان الحقوق بالأموال المنقولة وأيّ أنظمة أخرى ذات علاقة.

   any money or asset or other credit support, including without limitation, any of the following: "1" Cash in any currency. "2" Any kind of securities, which includes, without limitation, shares and debt instruments. "3" Guarantees, letters of credit and obligations to reimburse. "4" Any asset used as collateral in the Kingdom, without prejudice to the provisions of the Movable Property Security Law and any other relevant laws.

2. النقود، أو أي أصول قابلة للتحويل إلى نقد؛ التي تقدم بناء على رهن أو أي اتفاقية أخرى مماثلة لغرض ضمان الحقوق والالتزامات التي قد تنشأ بناء على نظم المدفوعات المهمة لمصلحة الأعضاء.

   Cash, or any asset that may be converted into cash, that is provided pursuant to a lien or any other similar agreement to guarantee the rights and liabilities that may arise for the benefit of members under SIPS.

3. أصل مقدم أو متفق على تقديمه؛ ضمانًا لالتزام مالي ضمن ترتيبات الضمان المالي، أو ترتيبات الضمان المالي بنقل الملكية.

   An asset provided or agreed to be provided as security for a financial liability within a financial guarantee arrangement, or a financial guarantee arrangement by transfer of ownership.
