عقد البناء والتشغيل والتحويل

عقد يتضمن منح المستثمر "أو الشركة المملوكة بالشراكة بين الهيئة والمستثمر" حق تطوير عقار الدولة وحق استغلال الأعمال والإنشاءات المطورة لمدة محددة مع التزام المستثمر برد العقار والأعمال والإنشاءات المطورة إلى الهيئة بعد انتهاء المدة التي يحددها العقد المبرم.

A contract that grants the investor "or the company owned in partnership between the Authority and the investor" the right to develop State Property and the right to utilize the developed works and constructions for a specified duration, with the investor’s obligation to return the property and the developed works and constructions to the Authority after the expiry of the duration specified in the concluded contract.
