تصفية الصندوق

يقصد بها أينما وردت في لائحة صناديق الاستثمار، ولائحة صناديق الاستثمار العقاري، فترة أقصاها اثنا عشر شهرًا من اليوم التالي لتاريخ إنهاء الصندوق، ويتوجب خلالها تصفية أصول الصندوق بالكامل وفقًا لأحكام لائحة صناديق الاستثمار ولائحة صناديق الاستثمار العقاري.

Means wherever mentioned in the Investment Funds Regulations and the Real Estate Investment Funds Regulations, a maximum period of 12 months from the next day of the date for the Termination of the Fund, during which the assets of fund must be fully liquidated in accordance with the provisions of the Investment Funds Regulations and the Real Estate Investment Funds Regulations.
