الإيقاف المؤقت لجميع عمليات تحويل الأموال من الحساب الاستثماري ومنع استخدام الرصيد الموجود فيه، ومنع نقل أو رهن الأوراق المالية في المحافظ الاستثمارية المرتبطة به، ولا يشمل ذلك منع العميل من بيع الأوراق المالية واستقبال متحصلاتها أو استقبال أرباحها في الحساب الاستثماري، أو التحويل من حسابه البنكي لحسابه الاستثماري.
The temporary block on all money transfers from the investment account, the utilisation of its balance, and the transfer or pledge of securities in the investment portfolios linked to it. The freezing of the investment account shall not prevent the client from selling securities and receiving its proceeds or profits on the investment account or transferring funds from his bank account to his investment account.
