مؤسسة مالية ذات شخصية اعتبارية مرخص لها في إصدار وإلغاء شهادات الإيداع خارج المملكة، يعيّنها المُصدر وفقًا لأحكام هذه التعليمات.

-       A financial institution of legal personality authorised to issue and cancel Depositary Receipts out of the Kingdom, appointed by the Issuer in accordance with the provisions of these Instructions.
