الأموال المحمية

تعني الأموال المحمية وفق الحالات التالية: "أ" بالنسبة لشركات المدفوعات، الأموال المستلمة من مستخدم خدمات المدفوعات أو لصالحه كنتيجة لتنفيذ عملية مدفوعات، أو الأموال المستلمة من مقدم خدمات مدفوعات آخر لتنفيذ عملية مدفوعات بالنيابة عن مستخدم خدمات المدفوعات. "ب" بالنسبة لشركات النقود الإلكترونية وموزعي النقود الإلكترونية، الأموال المستلمة مقابل النقود الإلكترونية التي تم أو سيتم إصدارها، ولا يشمل ذلك الودائع المحفوظة لدى البنوك.

Means safeguarded funds according to the following cases: "a" For Payment Institutions, Funds received from, or for the benefit of, a Payment Service User for the execution of Payment Transactions, or Funds received from another Payment Service Provider for the execution of Payment Transactions on behalf of a Payment Service User; and "b" For Electronic Money Institutions "and Electronic Money Distributors", Funds received in exchange for Electronic Money that has been or is to be issued and does not include deposits held at banks.
