شخصان أو أكثر من الأشخاص الطبيعيين أو الاعتباريين الذين يشكلون - ما لم يظهر خلاف ذلك- خطرًا واحدًا، لأيٍّ من الأسباب الآتية: 1" سيطرة أحدهم، بشكل مباشر أو غير مباشر، على الآخر أو على الآخرين في المجموعة ذاتها. 2" ترابطهم بشكل يؤدي إلى احتمال تأثير أي مشاكل مالية يواجهها أحدهم على قدرة الآخر أو الآخرين على السداد.
Two or more natural or legal persons who, unless otherwise shown, constitute a single risk because any of the following: 1" One of them, directly or indirectly, has control over the other or others in the same group; or 2" They are interconnected in a way that if one of them were experience financial problems, the other or all of the others would likely encounter repayment difficulties.
