تعديل الحقوق

إجراء تتخذه الجهة المختصة؛ لتخفيض حقوق الدائنين، أو حملة أدوات رأس المال، أو إلغائها، أو تحويلها من نوع إلى آخر، أو من فئة إلى أخرى.

A measure taken by the competent authority to reduce or terminate the rights of creditors or holders of capital instruments, or convert them from one type or category to another.
