يُقصد بها لأغراض قواعد تسجيل مراجعي حسابات المنشآت الخاضعة لإشراف الهيئة ما يلي: 1" السوق. 2" مركز الإيداع. 3" مركز المقاصة. 4" مؤسسات السوق المالية، باستثناء مؤسسات السوق المالية المرخص لها بممارسة نشاطي الترتيب أو تقديم المشورة. 5" صناديق الاستثمار. 6" الشركات المدرجة. 7" المنشآت ذات الأغراض الخاصة.
For the purposes of "Rules for Registering Auditors of Entities Subject to the Authority's Supervision", it shall mean the following: 1" The Exchange. 2" The Depositary Center. 3" The CCP. 4" Capital Market Institutions, except Capital Market Institutions licensed to carry on arranging or advising activities. 5" Investment Funds. 6" Listed Companies. 7" Special Purposes Entities.
